Error only on cloud:Request is taking longer than 30 seconds

Similar issue here but no solution:

POST request only works with the desktop agent, on cloud agent I get error 400

Getting the same issue, when I look in the console I have the error message: Error: You are not authorized to send a request through the cloud agent.

I am trying to upload an image to an API we manage. Using cloud agent I get this error message:

Cloud Agent Error: Request is taking longer than 30 seconds to fulfill. Use another agent to send a request without time limitations.

Whereas while using the Desktop agent everything works fine, and in fact the request does not last that long as to exhaust 30 seconds.

If anyone has any clue as to what can be the cause or what is different in these two methods that could help trace the reason, I would be infinitely grateful

Is there an issue with continuing to use the desktop agent, when using the web version of Postman?

The cloud agent has its own usage limits (plan dependent) which you wouldn’t get with the desktop agent.
