Copy a request from APIs to Collections

I have all possible requests from an API listed under APIs.
I want a selected subset of these requests under Collections.

How can I copy (or move) a request from APIs to Collections?

Since I haven’t found a way to copy or export a single request I have no idea how to do this in a simple way.
So far I have created a new request under Collections and then tediously copied everything by hand from the existing request under APIs into the new request under Collections.

There has to be a better and easier way to to it.

Can someone please enlighten me as to how I can copy a request from APIs to Collections?

I was able to copy an API folder to collections by selecting “View More Actions” beside the folder in APIs, then select “Copy to Workspace”. This added the API folder as a collection. Just put your requests into a folder first.

Thank you very much, that is exactly the functionality I was searching for.

It would be nice to also be able to copy single requests to a different location, but so far this workaround works fine for me :slightly_smiling_face:

This doesn’t seem to still be an available option. Does anyone know how to do this today?
