Can not use Postman on localhost (status 404)

Version: 7.6.0

Tried following Settings:
General - SSL - off
Proxy - Global - On - Ports: 80, 8080, 443 and the port behind localhost in Visual Studio properties

Postman can reach the same app if published to Azure.
