Agent Unavailable (iMac)

Hello,

I have installed Postman Agent on my iMac. Whenever I try to send a request, though, I’m told that the agent is unavailable. I’ve tried looking into the privacy settings, but I don’t see anything Postman related. I’ve also tried installing and reinstalling the application. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I am having the same issues but it is not on a MAC. Is there a setting that needs to be changed?

@BasfordJFenics @randobo Sorry to hear that the issue persists. One thing to note, as of now - Postman Agent doesn’t work behind Proxy and in Safari. Apart from that if you are still unable to connect to Postman Web, please provide any information that could help the team look further into this in the below GitHub threads. Thank you!

I have been using Postman for about 2 months and it worked great and then all of a sudden I started getting “Agent Unavailable” I am using Google Chrome. The day I started having problems I was getting a lot of popups, so I went in to Settings on Google Chrome and cleared my cache and I may have clicked on something that may have caused this issue. I can’t recall any other settings that I may have clicked on to cause this problem. Hope that helps.
