With the new Postman v11.9 build, Globals Tab is not loading.
It is showing as just loading.

Same issue for all my team, we’re getting the issue as soon as someone update to v11.9

It is working now with latest build.
Same for me, but nothing is clicable on the desktop app, so I can’t update from the app neither can I see my version, but it happens just after updating today from France.
When I download latest version here it’s still frozen, and when I look at the release notes here it says the latest version is 11.9.
So how can I upgrade ?

I can’t update because the whole app is frozen.
So I donwload the app here, but it remains the same.
By the way, the release notes doesn’t show v11.9.1, is it normal ?
How can I be sure to get the v11.9.1 ?
Or how can I roolback to v11.8 ?

I’m not asking that you re-download the app but rather update the existing one. Have you looked at the link I shared? If you navigate to your app settings, you will see a prompt at the top asking you to download the latest version OR select “Updates” on the left side navigation to check for the latest updates.
When you say the app is frozen, are you unable to log in to your account or clicking on the UI is unresponsive? What do you mean by “frozen”?
That what I try to explain, I can not access any menu, me and my colleague get a frozen app, meaning nothing works at all, so I can’t update inside the app, that’s why I need to make a complete install.
The UI is unresponsive.
Same for me, Postman Desktop v11.9.2. OS - Windows 10. I’m not able to view my workspaces.
Same behaviour, MacOs Sonoma 14, postman v11.9.2.
Postman completely unusable apparently since updated to v11.9+
All collections gone, home page after starting postman remains loading for a long time then the generic error message appears “This wasnt supposed…”
Online profile shows colelctions seemingly fine, cannot tell for sure as loading any gives an error.
Help, THIS IS A MAJOR BLOCKER for a whole team.
I am having something o a similar issue but in the workspaces tab is not loading the workspaces both in the app and in the web. I already updated the desktop to the latest version and the issue still remains.

Postman v11.9.2 is the latest version.

Im not sure whats is going on but i postman desktop/webapp is not working for me. “Couldn’t load the workspaces. Just a fauly wire. Try reloading.” im on the newest version of app.

I’m sorry you’re all experiencing this. We’ve identified this issue and are currently working on a fix. This is a priority for us and will be fixed ASAP.
