Postman updated today to v8.1.0, and once it was done all of my environment variables had been deleted.
Yes, all of them.
Not the environments themselves; those are still listed. But the values that I had set up in them are all gone.
Very frustrating.

This too happened to me this morning after Postman for Windows was updated to
