Unable to open postman 6.4.2

Hi Team,

I have downloaded Postman_6.4.2. But while opening the application I am seeing an error message stating:

could not open postman please contact help help@getpostman.com

I have uninstalled and removed all the data from:

Windows: C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Postman and C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Postman

I have reinstalled the application but I am still facing the same issue .

Please, could you suggest what needs to be done?

Are you able to fix this? I am facing the same issue.
