hi everyone, i had the same issue with the desktop client on mac. i had an update queued that showed as not successful. after reinstalling the update i can access my workspaces again.
Hi, just to add. I’ve just updated the desktop client on mac. I too am now unable to connect to my workspace.

WHY DO WE NEED TO HAVE A CONNECTION TO YOUR SERVER TO USE POSTMAN?
Would be perfectly fine to use the last configuration when your servers are down?
Please consider this soon! My team is pissed.

Issue seems to be resolved on my end at least.
100% with you on this! It makes no sense that the tool would become unfunctional when their server is offline. If I’m testing purely local API things I should be able to use Postman when I’M offline too. This seems like a really basic requirement.
Now it works perfectly on desktop.

For a quick fix, you can try the “offline mode” in Postman. Sadly this does not contain any of the stored collections and environments, but at least you could use Postman for some basic requests.
Restarting Postman App made mine establish a server connection again.
The Postman Team should realy rethink the decision to force anyone to always on. For me this “feature” did only causes pain.
