I’m experiencing an issue while trying to claim my Postman API Fundamentals Student Expert badge. I’ve received the confirmation email and have completed all the required checks, including both the halfway and final evaluations. However, when I attempt to submit the JSON collection link in the final module to claim the badge, I encounter an error.
What is the error that you’re seeing?

Why is the badge sent to 2 users in that email?
The email used in the submission would be the account the badge is associated with and when the badgr account is created, it should be created using the same email to link those together.
I’m going to tag in @mishra-aanchal for this as this is an area that she knows more about on the student expert backend side and might have insight into what might be happening.

Since you’ve received the email but can’t see the badge in your Badgr backpack, could you please share the email ID you used when submitting the certification? Badges are sent automatically via Badgr to the same email, so I’d like to double-check on the backend.
Also, as flagged, the mail seems to have gone out to two users, which is unusual. Do you know what the second email ID is, and if it also belongs to you? That might help us understand why this is happening.
