Unable to claim badge for Postman API Fundamentals Student Expert certification

I am getting an error in claiming my badge. I have got the confirmation mail and passed all halfway and final checks, but when I pasted the json collection link to claim my badge in the last module, its giving an error. PFA the images for reference.

Thank you for reaching out. We are currently sunsetting the Postman Student Program, and as part of this transition, the Student Expert certification is being deprecated.

Because the Postman UI has evolved significantly after the recent release, the final step of sharing a collection and claiming a badge is no longer supported. This is also highlighted in the academy course.

While the digital badge is no longer being issued, the knowledge you gained from the modules is entirely yours to keep. The course remains open for your own learning and reference until March 25th.

If you’d like to continue your learning with our most up-to-date content, we highly recommend checking out the Postman Learning Center or our Self-Study paths.

Well I did complete my course as well even I got the mail too but not the certificate/badge

Hi @ayushunhale03, I understand your concern, just to clarify - the badge requires the ‘Claim your badge’ step to trigger. Since that feature is now deprecated and unsupported as part of the program transition, we aren’t able to award the badge anymore. The content remains available for your reference until March 25th, though!

Thank you for the clarification. I understand that the “Claim your badge” step has been deprecated.

However, I noticed that another user in this thread mentioned that they were able to complete the final assignment using the 30-day trial and recently received the badge. I have also completed the course and generated my collection link, but I’m unable to access the claim step anymore.

Would it be possible for you to please check from the backend if my completion can still be verified or if there is any way the badge could be issued?

I would really appreciate your help as I had completed all the required steps for the certification.

Hi @ayushunhale03 , thanks for following up. To clarify, the academy content and modules were officially updated last week.

While some users may have slipped through just before this transition, the system has now been fully updated to reflect the program’s sunsetting. This means the submission and badge-claim steps are no longer active for anyone. We aren’t able to manually verify completions or issue badges from the backend at this stage, but I hope the knowledge gained from the modules is still valuable to you!
