I am geting an error in generating the badge after completing the certification pathway. emailed the support email, but no response.

Thanks for reaching out! Did you manage to successfully get a 200 OK response from your submit request? If so, check your email for a message from Canvas Badges indicating that you’ve received a badge for the API fundamentals course. That is the platform we use to disburse the certifications.

I have also completed the Postman API Fundamentals Student Expert course but have not received my badge or certificate in my Badgr backpack.
My registered email ID is: [email protected]
I didn’t get any certificate, but i completed that course.
