Runner keeps saying I'm offline

I keep running into an issue where Postman is telling me I’m offline “immediately” after trying to start a Runner.

I can run a single delete call manually, works fine. But as soon as I open runner, get everything set up and then click “Start Run” a pop up in the bottom left hand says that I’m offline, takes 2 seconds, shows me back online and syncs. However, after it “resyncs” the runner just stalls in “Preparing Panorama REST API…”

I have quit the application, closed all tabs, checked for updates (I’m on Version 11.13.0)

Anyone experiencing the same issue or know what might be the cause?
