I have created fork from a collection on team workspace to our own private set up. I was always able to pull changes from and merge changes back to the main collection. From last 2 days I am not able to complete this work flow.
I would really appreciate anyone’s help in getting this issue resolve.

Do you see any permission based message in the tool tip, when you hover over the Pull Changes button?
Have any role based access settings been changed in the Collection or the Workspace?
Nothing has been changed. There is no message in tooltip related to the permissions. It keeps on showing pulling the changes and after sometime it becomes active again

Could you share the Collection uuid for me, so that the team can take a closer look, please.
Would be able to reconfirm that the permissions you have on the source Collection and the permission you have in the Workspace of the source Collection?
