Postman do nothing when sync icon is pressed

I have the version 7.21.1. I am logged in with my account. In the postman web page I can see all my collections but in my postman windows app the collection is empty, I have only one workspace. I reinstall the app but issue still persist

Where can you get the logs: Navigate to View > Developer > View Logs in Finder/Explorer
Attach the logs in the request.
