Not able to connect to my local Git repo

Hi,

I am trying to connect to my local git repo referring to the blog @ Syncing Your OpenAPI, RAML, and GraphQL Schema to GitHub with Postman | Postman Blog

However it doesn’t connect! Also it doesn’t asks for the url of my local git location! Does this works only with GitHub.com?
