"Connect repository" requires to upgrade your plan to link an API to a Cloud-based Github repository

Hello,

A few weeks ago we lost the ability to pull/push our API to the Github repository.

We follow the instructions to Connect to a cloud-hosted repository, but we get a message “Upgrade your plan to link this API to a repository” (see image below).

We are a bit puzzled. The Plans & Pricing page states that all plans, including the non-free one we’re currently on, come with cloud-based integrations. We are not sure how upgrading to a higher plan would solve the problem since GitHub isn’t explicitly mentioned in any of the plans.

We reviewd thoroughly all options and documentation, both in Github and Postman.

First, Postman Third Party application is approved in Github, within the organization setting OAuth App Policy > Third-party application access policy.

Next, we tried to add a new Github Integration within Postman with Integrations > Browse > Github > Sync API. At the end of the process, we get a message “You have reached the limit of the number of Git integrations you can create”.

This is weird, because we have no other Git/any integrations. The Resource Usage page also indicates that we have no current integrations.

We also tried to integrate Postman with Github via APIs > (API name) > Test and Automation > Automate > Github Actions. In this case, Postman can successfully see all our repositories, and all the branches within the repositories. However, we still cannot pull/push the API to Github.

We are using Postman v1.13.1.

We ran out of options. Could you please clarify how to proceeed to solve this issue?

Hey @aviation-observer-95 :waving_hand:

Welcome to the Postman Community! :postman:

How many APIs have been created in the Team, within the Postman UI?
