since yesterday I notice all my environment variables are gone. I saw them in the environments but when I choose any of them the main window show
Environment ot found
When I add a new environment with the “+” symbol on the under my workspace I can’t choose it on the top right.
Any ideas?

Can you provide more visual examples of the issue please?
Do you mean the environment files has gone or the variable values are gone?
Are you working in the same Workspace or is this a different one?
Can you see the environments in your account with you use the Postman API?
Hi @danny-dainton , I mean the environment variables are gone and also the environment in the left menu even the environment names are visible. When I click one environment I got the message: “Environment not found”
Do you still see everything in the web version https://go.postman.co ?
From the top level app menu, can you do Help > Clear Cache and Reload ?
I had this issue, but after changing my wifi network, it worked. Sometimes many of our changes are not being saved cos of wifi issues
Die you disable and enable the network? Or what you mean. In my case I work from at home within my network. But still working on customer side with VDI from my Mac. And on VDI I had the same issue.
No environments are available 
I had the same issue in the web version.
We can’t see what you can see, so you’re going to need to provide some more visual examples. 
You mentioned using a VDI, are you seeing the expected behavior when not using on/within a VDI?
I see the behavior in any case. Even if I work on customer VDI or locally on my iMac. Also the same when I work with Postman App / Browser in my company’s Windows notebook. For me it seems to be not a local problem more a problem with the saved environments.
Also I want to mention the following behavior (not sure if this is normal)
While creating a new environment under my “workspace” this environment doesn’t appear on the top right where I can choose an environment for the collection.
For example I create a new environment called TEST_ENV. On the top right I saw a new but it is named with “New Environment” and not with the name I give.
