Leaving a Team That Has Been Suspended

I have an account tied to a personal email address that was joined to a team created by my company. The company has not renewed our license and I’m currently locked out of that account. Whenever I try to log in I get a message that postman services have been suspended.

How can I leave the company team from that account so that I can re-gain access to my personal collections?

I do have some work in progress there I’d really rather not lose.

There wouldn’t be anything that we could do to help here as it would need to go through the support team who have access to those account details.

Can I ask that you raise a ticket via the help@postman.com email address to get a solution for this problem that you’re facing.
