I just made a new video on to create a HTTP proxy and SOCKS proxy, and test out your HTTP proxy in Postman. So if anyone is doing any development on servers that are proxied, feel free to learn from this video on how to configure a proxy. Or if you want to proxy some servers, you could do that too 
Or if you’re looking to use a socks proxy in postman, you can use a npm package called http-proxy-to-socks that will let you utilize a socks proxy.
