I want my complete team to use only one postman account. Is this possible? Will they face any issues like syncing data, collection, slowness etc?
I don’t know if this would be a good idea as if there are 2 + people logged into the account at the same time making changes to the same tests, it could lead to many issues.
You may want to look at Postman Pro to help with this so avoid any issues.
Out of curiosity, why do you want all users to share one account?

Postman pro has a team feature which i want to use but i am limited with money 
so i want my team to use single account so that two or more people can work on same collection and many other things too. I understand the cons of multiple people logging at same time but i am helpless. May be i will ask them to inform others before using it.
If you can suggest something else then i would be grateful to you

@ssaini1 That makes sense why you would want to do that. Luckily Postman Pro is is very well priced so hopefully it will be in your budget down the road.
I am not sure if there is a limitation to how many users/locations can be logged in at once, someone from the development team would have to comment on that.
I would suspect that there is a mechanism in place to only allow one logged in user at a time or one session at a time.
As I mentioned this would be something I would advise against if you can help it just to avoid issues and impacting your work but I see now why you want to do this.

Hi @ssaini1 and @tmccann - just a heads up that this is against our EULA.
5.1 Number of Instances states the following:
You are not allowed to Use or install any versions of the Product on a shared network, platform or resources where more than one computer system is capable of accessing it simultaneously.
We’ve made an effort to price our plans as competitively as possible while still maintaining the level of support and range of services that we do. Please note that depending on the project, you may be able to make use of Pro Annual rather then Pro Monthly, which would give you a 20% discount overall with our current pricing.

@claire thanks for clarification (no pun intended, I swear) on this, I assumed there was something like this out there but wanted to defer to you guys on that subject

@claire So as per the policy it is 3 computers. Quick question: Will postman allow more than 3? Or Will you block the account if it is more than 3? What is the action taken by postman?
@ssaini1 The policy is 3 computers - any use beyond that is a clear violation of our EULA.
@claire Do you mean we can log in to 3 different computers at the same time with the same account?
