I’ve not used the Flows Templates but I’ve used the Collection Templates for a bunch of external demos - I really love the variety of roles and use cases that they cover.
The Testing options are very useful as a starting point and as there is a standalone practice banking API used for the Collections, you can get going straight away! 
I’d be interested to hear your thoughts here and if you had made use of the Templates feature in your own contexts @cruxto, @michaelderekjones, @houssem-gharssallah, @gladwingt, @kbajzaterlouw

The templates are definitely a great addition as they provide a boilerplate starting point.
I have definitely made use of the Security Test templates. They came in pretty handy.
