Our team has a public collection. Others are using it during a hackathon and want to know if they can contribute to our documentation. Can a third-party fork our collection and then submit a pull request?

That’s a good question. Could you have a third party try this out and see if it works? The “Merging changes” section of the Version Control for Collections doc is a good place to start.
