Forgot password does not work, lost collections after changing from Chrome to Edge

Hello,

I recently posted without logging in and now can’t find my post! I even got some responses to the email I specified

The “Forgot password” funcionality did not work. Basically there is no error message but no email either.

Also, I lost collections after changing from Chrome to Edge (company policy). We had to remove the Chrome browser.

Is there any way I can restore the collections, when I am able to log in?

The 2nd question may be irrelevant if I am able to log into Postamn, which I haven’t been able.

As this is an account related question, can you send a message to [email protected] from your registered email address.

The support team will be able to look closer at your specific account.

As for the Collections, these are not based on your browser. If these were saved in you account, they will still be there once you log into the account that created them.
