I am trying to read the Maximo data using below url from postman and I am getting the below error. Can you please help me what causing me to read the data.

Does this API have any public facing documentation? Why have you got that endpoint from? What’s the expected response from the endpoint you’re calling?
You mentioned it works on a browser, what does that look like and what is returned?
