I recently removed a member of my team no longer with the company. She was the publisher for our main collection and now the documentation on our customer domain is showing a 403 error.
I’ve tried to ‘publish’ the collection and the existing domain is unavailable as the system still believes the collection is already published.
When opening the “Publish” function for the collection the following error dialogue displays: An error occurred while loading publication data for this collection. This collection may already be published.
I can’t figure out what to do to fix this! I am the admin on the account and should have the access needed to fix this. Any help would be appreciated.
