Environment Variables not working since updating to 10.20.0

Since updating my Postman App on Mac OS to version 10.20.0, all my environment variables have stopped working overnight. None of the configuration has changed and when I hover over them in urls I can visually see that it as targeted the right ENV.

But when you click run, it just inserts an empty string!!
Works fine for my colleagues on earlier versions.
Please can someone help!
