Cloud Agent error in Klaviyo API call

Hey guys,
I am encountering a problem when I try to make an API call to extract profils from a list.

I tested it on Postman and it gives me the following error:Cloud Agent Error: Couldn’t resolve host. Make sure the domain is publicly accessible or select a different agent.
