Hi, I created collections using my personal Google sign-on. Now I want to switch my Postman login to a new company email based login. How can I do that but keep or import the collections I created in the other account?

So if you would want to use your company email ID instead of your personal ID then you can log into the web-dashboard: https://go.postman.co/settings/me to do the same or this page may also be accessed by first signing in at https://go.postman.co and then navigating to “Account Settings” by clicking on your Avatar Icon, located on the top right.
In other case, you can export the collection from your personal account and then import them to your company email ID which should help you achieve the same. This document below should help you know more on the same:
