The certificates tab seems to have broken with Postman 12 new UI update.

We have an open issue for some certificates problems here and a fix has been pushed for this which will be released in the next version.

### Describe the Issue
Accessing settings -> certificates does not give me an option to add new ones or delete old ones.
file URL are long so maybe they are in the end of the screen.
### Steps To Reproduce
1. app settings
2. Certificates
3. Try to edit/add new certificate

Same problem here since last update. Do you have a estimated date for the version solving the problem?
