Lost a workspace in Postman

Today when I opened my postman app one of my workspaces was missing. I also tried listing all my workspaces from the browser and it was not there also. This workspace had multiple collections in it. Can anyone please help me to recover this workspace.

Same thing happened to me today. Just one workspace gone.

Has anyone else experienced this? Any remedy?

Do you mind providing some extra details, please?

Were you previous not signed in and have now signed in? Are you part of a team? Was the Workspace recently created? What type of Workspace was this?

Any other details that could help people with understanding the problem and help you to with a solution. :pray:

Happened to me as well after the last update of the Windows App.
This was quite a shock for me at first!

I tried the following things and suddenly it was there again:

  • restarted the computer
  • tried another computer
  • checked the web interface (https://www.postman.com/)
  • logout/login
  • reinstalled the app

One of those actions seemed to have helped, but I’m NOT an expert, so use this “advice” at your own risk.

Have you checked the webinterface (logout/login)? I guess this is the safest way to start.

Thanks for the responses! I was signed in and the workspace was a team workspace, created more than two years ago - I have used it for the past two years and most recently just before Christmas last year.
I have checked with the other two team members, they have not been active on it for a long time.
Tried logging out and back in to the web interface immediately when I realized the workspace was missing, but it has never been seen since.
I was using the Windows App - I don’t know if there was an update recently but I am now on Postman v11.27.3
I am not sure what other details could be helpful, it does not make sense at all.
