All my Collections and Environments disappeared from Postman

I was using Postman v(v9.31.30) through scratchpad and was not logged in. Due to some unknown reasons there were few instances happened already earlier due to which application was crashing/giving some error.

However when I was closing it and reopening it again, it was working fine. But at the last same instance, when I restarted the postman, all the data including collections/environments etc. disappeared.

I tried exporting from Scratchpad but it did not work. Postman interface was looking like it has been freshly installed. The difference was that the last instance and the last to previous instances, I forcibly closed the postman via Task Manager of Windows.

What I did then, I went to AppData > Roaming > Postman and then copied the postman folder to a different place in Windows so that at least something can be explored or in a hope that I get my collections back.

I tried downgrading/upgrading the app but it did not work. Could anyone please help us in my data retrieval? It is very much needed.

Thank You.
Javed

Hey @chemistryetoosindia1 :wave:t2:

Welcome to the Postman Community :postman:

Which version are you currently running now?

I am running on the same version i.e., 9.31.30

As you have continued to use an old and unsupported version (2 major versions behind) of the platform and not created an account to sync your work, there isn’t a lot that can be done here.

Are you able to find anything in C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Postman ?

I have backed up this folder is a different place and again installed the same version but I can’t get back anything. Can we regenerate something if I am having backup of this folder ?
