Where's the Purchase key

Hi there,
I’ve already paid for a Team access. I received the email with the “Activate team” button. But this button doesn’t work and redirect me to an error page.
So, I’ve create a new team and when I want to upgrade it with the licence I bought, I need the “purchase hey”, which I can’t found anywhere (I already had a look on the invoice).
Could anyone help me on this?
