I know “Generate from Response” buttom from Add types to body data with an API collection
But I can not find it in the Postman desktop 11.80.2

That is done from a Saved Example Request.
In your image, hit the Save Response button on the right of the Response pane. That will create an example request of the main request.
From here, you should see the Schema button and in the response pane and the Generate from Body button.
