When a profile is made a public profile, can other see the collection that I have created in My Workspace?

Hi Guys, when a profile setting is changed to a public profile, can others see the collection that I have created in My Workspace?

When I’m trying to fork a public collection it asked me to make my profile public in order to fork that collection. Does this make all of my existing collections public?

Not if the workspace is set to personal or team.
Others can only see your workspaces if the workspace itself is set to public.
