Webhook for Google Groups

Hi everyone, new to the community and new to webhooks/API in general. I have a program that will send out a webhook that I am looking to send to Google to add a user to a Google group. Essentially, the webhook gets triggered, goes over to Google and adds the user to the group. I am an admin to a Google Workspace domain, so I can get any necessary credentials. I came across this link and thought it was a good starting place, but not really sure how to proceed. Any and all help is appreciated!
