VSCode extension collections from the application

I installed the Postman extension to Visual Studio Code.
How do I use the collections that I have in the standalone application inside the extension?

You open the extension, sign in, and it should be the same as normal.

Have you tried googling this? There are a few YouTube clips from various content creators that showcase this.

Turns out that gRPC collections are not supported.
The mind boggles.
