Hello,
I’m experiencing an issue with my Postman account and I’m not sure how to resolve it.
I created my account in 2023, and although I haven’t used Postman very frequently in the past few months, I’m now trying to log in again. Unfortunately, I’m unable to access my account.
Here is what happens:

When I try to sign in, Postman shows a screen asking for a confirmation code.

However, I don’t receive the email with this code.

When I click the option indicating that my account is already verified, the system says that the account is not verified (which is confusing since the account was created back in 2023).

I also tried to change the email address for the account. Postman says that a verification code was sent to the new email, but no email arrives there either.
So currently I cannot:
-
receive login verification codes
-
verify the account
-
change the email
I’ve checked my spam/junk folders, and there are no emails from Postman.
Could someone from the team help investigate this issue or advise what I should do next?
I use gmail and last version of Postman on MacOS. I tried to sign-in by link from desktop app and by link from Google but nothing work.
