Unable to reach mock server from yesterday. What could be the issue

From my local machine i am able to get the results but when tried from any ec2 it doesnt. The server is set to be public.

url : https://3b5632d2-c55f-49df-9ab5-409d1a88b4cf.mock.pstmn.io

Says,

  • Input domain encoded as `UTF-8’
  • Could not resolve host: …mock.pstmn.io; Unknown error
  • Closing connection 0
    curl: (6) Could not resolve host: …mock.pstmn.io; Unknown error

From an online tool :

Could not resolve the host name. Error code: 1006

Please help. Stuck with this from yesterday.

Are you seeing this with all Public endpoints from that instance or only Mock Servers?

only from mock servers. Others are working fine.

And i have been using this since last november. Once or twice the same issue happened but got resolved automatically. This time it is not working from yesterday and there is no change to the mock server

I don’t have any further updates here.

I have raised it with the team again and they are looking into this.

There is also another thread open here where the issue was previously raised and a fix was added.

@femila123 Changes have been made on our side, would you be able to retest and let us know if this unblocks you, please?

No it did not.. for now manually add it to host file and working on.

Also, i got confirmation from IT and devops team that there has been no change updated recently.
