We truly appreciate your patience as we work through this issue. While AWS services are not yet fully back up (see status here), many have already been restored. Our team is actively collaborating with AWS to ensure everything is running smoothly again.
Several of our services are now operational, but you may still experience some degraded performance for a short while as we complete recovery efforts.
We understand this has taken longer than ideal, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you again for bearing with us. Your patience and understanding mean a lot as we get things fully back on track
Postmanās staff may be seeing a recovery in services, but I can tell you that I am not. The appās new version released today simply will not load collections for me properly. I rather doubt Iām the only one.
I can confirm that itās not working right now. I just selected a request, and it never loads, which is really annoying because itās a request from a local collection that I created myself. It should always work and use a local copy as a fallback ā I donāt want to use any cloud-related services
I can also confirm it does not work. I was working with a collection, just duplicated existing item, and it never loaded. Restarted postman, now nothing is loading
Same here, all of my workspace queries disappeared and now i am sitting on a production outage caused by postman of all things - cannot update without these queries.
I will be moving away from postman going forward, this is outrageous. I already had one outage when postman forced me onto the cloud after an update and didnt transfer my local queries and now a SECOND outage when my local machine is working totally ok. My queries on the cloud broke? Are you joking?
Still down here to. Collections come and go.. This is not stable. Maybe its time to rethink this Cloud dependent design that you switched to a few years go. Offline Sync should be a thing. We use these Tools to do Production thing, things that are on deadlines and a Local installed TOOL should not be this reliant on cloud storage.
Iām sure the reason for the switch was revenue, and no one wanted to troubleshoot sync and actually fix the issues. Please reconsider this platform design choice.
This is absolutely ridiculous the collections arenāt cached locally and then synced when back online. If the goal is to infuriate users and have them consider alternatives then job well done boys!
Our environmental variables are still not working. I can only send requests with hard-coded values, which isnāt feasible for running our test suites.
@gbadebo-bello Do you guys have any updates on the exort functionality? the last status update from you folks was quite a while ago.
I was able to ākind-ofā export via the Web interface (instead of the thick client), however the exported collection doesnāt have all the most up-to-date folders (even though they do appear in near real time on the web client)
I am still not able to get the app even open. double-click, right-click-open, one click + enter. nothing. it will not load. i lost the entire workday yesterday and i cannot lose the day today
The last 24 hours were tough. The disrupted workflows cannot be excused, and weāre deeply sorry about it. Hereās some more information on how we plan to move forward with offline support in Postman.
