Hi there I have the same problem with Postman today. Already few hours I can not access any of my collections. Interesting is that my collegue already have working Postman.

i have been able just now to log back in, but i can still not see my workspace, therefore not even the environments or the collections

@gbadebo-bello Perhaps the hosting of the status page should be outside of AWS :slight_smile:, in future.

Cannot support this enough, Postman being completely useless without internet connection or when service is down is extremely short-sighted. Looks like a time to try Insomnia.

That service is owned by Atlassian, who in turn must also use AWS to host that :sweat_smile:

The new version of Postman, coming soon, offers local files too to avoid this issue. Can wait.

There must be a way to backup the collection workspace and user data in case of problems, right?

unfortunately this has been a cue for us to look for simpler alternatives where a workspace can be hosted in our own repository

so slowly everything’s coming back again. I hope that’s a “lessons learned” for Postman Team and for Users as well
