I’m working on building an API for a client.
The tool is great but the only way I can view the documentation is via a web browser.
Is there a way to share readonly with an email address/account but not accessible to everyone else?
Is there a way to export the documentation to PDF?

Have you tried these couple of things?
a. Published the docs without turning on the Collection discovery and Add to API Network? Sharing your public docs
Remember to remove all sensitive information from the environment before you publish.
b. Shared only the API collection with your client. When you publish your docs, anyone with the link can view it, but you can create docs for your API, but instead choose to only share the collection that will also include this docs with your client?
