Run Collection - Delay

Hi all, I have a few clarification regarding the Delay in Run Collection.

For example, I’ve set the iteration into 10, does the delay time will start immediately after the 1st iteration is executed or the it will only start after the 1st iteration is done executing?

If so, are there any Postman feature that can do the job of executing request every specified time?

It’s a delay in milliseconds between each request.

You can use the Scheduled Run, to run the Collection at a specific point in time but this wouldn’t allow you to run each request at a specified time.
