Postman Store order is lost?

Hi All.

About a month ago I have purchased Postman Swag, got email and text confirmation with my order number. After this haven’t received any updates on the order or tracking number. Tried to email help@postman.com and called customer service leaving few voicemails. Haven’t got any replies. I have no idea what is happening with the order.

Anyone have had similar experience?

@taehoshito Hi again. I haven’t heard anything yet from anyone regarding my order. I have called few times and left few new emails, still no progress. Would it be possible for you to provide any emails of anyone I can email directly? Thank you!
