When i Launch the desktop application, and trying to open a collection inside my team, the collection will open in the web, anyone knows how to switch so it opens on the desktop application i am using?

Welcome to the community! 
So you can access the same Builder view that you get from the app, in the web view. You can select the Build tab and you will see the app 
If you’re wanted to stick with the app for now, in the bottom right corner, there a Build/Browse toggle. Flip that over to Build and you should see the Collections for that Workspace in the left side panel.
