I’m Sultan, a Postman Student Leader passionate about teaching APIs in more engaging, hands-on ways.
LearnAPI is my submission for the POST/CON 2025 Community Challenge — a themed, testable API learning platform built entirely in Postman. It’s designed for beginners to practice real-world API workflows (GET, POST, PUT, DELETE) with meaningful feedback, no setup needed.
Included so far:
BookStore API Module
Educational test validations
Postman Flows for visual learners
Public documentation
Pre-request scripts & mocked responses
Certificate generator endpoint
Monitor for automated test runs
Why I Built This:
As an educator, I’ve seen how intimidating APIs can be. I wanted something that:
Works inside Postman
Gives real-time, helpful feedback
Is contextual, beginner-friendly, and fun
Still in Progress (WIP):
Improving validation logic
Expanding mock server scenarios
Polishing onboarding flow
Adding more modules (auth, params, headers)
I plan to keep evolving LearnAPI — maybe even into a classroom tool!
