It would be helpful if we could pin optional windows as needed

Hi all!
I frequently use environment variables to store the default values, but I often need to adjust them depending on the specific request I’m working on. Because of that, I always keep the " Variables in request" window open.
However, every time I switch between requests where that window isn’t already opened or if I restart Postman, I have to open everything again. This could be a bit frustrating during workflows that involve frequent request switching.

It would be really nice and helpful to have an option to pin the " Variables in request" window so that it stays open across requests and sessions until I choose to close it.
