Postman resources have a huge disk footprint on my Windows 10 machine.
C:\Users\snailgem\AppData\Local is 2.21 GB! (i’ve attached a screenshot with some details).
Is there a way to reduce this? Or at least is there a way to move/install Postman to a different drive?
Thanks.
Three years without an answer… but I want to know, too:
it seems each Postman version leaves its own subdirectory (eg. “app-11.46.2”, “app-11.47.1”, etc). Can the old ones safely be deleted? Yes, we’re only talking about a few 100 MBs per directory, but over time it does add up.
Thx.
The original question related to a version that was a least 2 major versions behind, I can’t tell you why that wasn’t responded and also, I’m also unsure if that raised the concern elsewhere and received a response from the support team.
Let me raise this with the team and get an answer for you, before you start deleting files
Do you have any more information on the location of the sub path? Do you normally use the update feature in the app or downloads updates another way? Which OS is this for?
The more details you can provide, will help us to get you to a solution quicker.
