How to integrate with bitbucket for more than collection in a workspace

I have a workspace with multiple collections. While in the process of bitbucket integration, I realized that I can select only 1 collection. Is there a way to integrate the whole workspace with Bitbucket or I’ll have to integrate one collection at a time? Which is the best practice?

Currently, only one collection can be backed up with one bitbucket integration.
