How to have Console always open in a new window

Is there a way to set the Postman console so it will always open in a separate window? I just upgraded to 9.9.3, and the ‘Console’ icon at the lower left no longer opens a new window. Rather, it opens an attached frame which, for me, is never useful. I know I can pop it out, but I’d rather set things so I don’t have to.

Is there no way to do this?
