How to Automate API Testing using Salesforce Data as input

I use Salesforce as a CRM.
I would like to test API calls such that the Endpoint URL is derived from a Salesforce Data collection.
If any endpoint returns a 404 (not found), I’d like to send an email with the URL(s) that failed.

How can I achieve this using Postman?
